Kiara is amazing! I reached out so long ago to book my trip and she has been with me every step of the way. I even had to make several changes to my dates and she did them all with no problem and made sure I knew I was never bothering her. Once we arrived, she checked in periodically to make sure we were having an amazing time! I have never worked with a travel company before but I will keep reaching out to Kiara and I tell everyone looking to book a Disney/Universal trip to do the same. Kiara, thank you for being so kind to us and I am so excited to plan another trip with you!!

Kiara's customer service from the very first call to the moment the trip was over was top tier. She walked us through so many different options within our budget, she offered suggestions that were helpful and fun, and she was always available.

Kiara provided a number of different vacation packages within our budget and as we talked through the pros and cons of each package we decided on one that fit our desires. Kiara helped us plan our very first Disney trip! Super knowledgeable, She made everything stress free. From beginning to end, gave us THREE package options to choose from within budget, AND saved us some $$ with new promotions AFTER we had already booked. Kiara was an absolute pleasure to work with and she planned the most amazing honeymoon for us that consisted of our resort stay, dining reservations for each night, visits to both Disney (all parks), and Universal, inclusive of all Halloween events that occurred between both parks as well.

She helped me obtain reservations for Disney, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld and one hotel all last minute for a recent family trip to Orlando.

Kiara paid close attention to what I told her we wanted/not to do and about other details relating to our family and the trip. 

She worked quickly and was very responsive. I traveled without the credit card I'd booked everything to and was very worried that might be an issue upon arrival (typically need to present i.d. and the credit card to which things were charged/booked). I called Kiara (all during Thanksgiving week). She took my call immediately. Put my mind to ease. Made calls on our behalf to every vendor/park/hotel and then quickly called back to let me know she'd taken care of everything.

She's an attentive, professional, kind, force of nature. I'd use her to book any trip! Kiara was a surprise, but much needed, blessing to our family!

Kiara was fantastic at helping us plan the perfect Universal Studios vacation!!! She worked with me when I requested several different quotes and worked out all sorts of numbers to make sure we got the best deal! She was very responsive at all hours of the day (and night!). When the forecast called for thunderstorms all weekend, she helped me see the positive side of the potential rain (and the forecast was WRONG, it only rained at night and kept the park cool during the day!!). Everything was seamless, and if I had a question about the resort that she didn’t know offhand, she immediately called the resort to find out the answer. Such a pleasure working with Kiara and I will be contacting her again for our next trip!!

Kiara was phenomenal! She was quick to respond, gave great tips and suggestions, and planned the most magical trip for my family! She checked on us multiple times during the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly, which of course it was thanks to her! I look forward to having her plan more Disney trips for us!

We just returned from a trip to Disney for my grandson's 2nd birthday and it was AMAZING!! Kiara was our vacation planner and she was FABULOUS! She was so attentive and responsive. She was working our entire vacation from reservations, to checking in on us to be sure we were having the best time ever. We stayed in a Theme Park View room at the Contemporary, the fireworks nightly were breathtaking. The resort is newly renovated and the rooms are very nice and spacious! We will definitely stay at the Contemporary again. And Kiara is already planning our girls trip to Epcot later this year. I highly recommend the Vacationeer and Kiara for your next Disney trip!

Using Kiara's help for our Disney/Universal vacay was the best decision I could have made. Kiara was amazing, so helpful and time efficient. I didn't get to see my trip through unfortunately but Kiara continued to be helpful, helped me cancel the trip and get a refund and offered assistance for a future trip when I'm ready. I honestly think everyone should plan through Disney because thw amount of money saved on my end compared to what I was trying to do by myself is insane.
